Coaching

Over the course of several meetings, coaching enables us to give you feedback on specific questions regarding communication and new business. Feedback on the chosen approach is necessary, especially regarding the areas mentioned above, in order to draw up a valid self-evaluation (realistic self-image), obtain professional orientation, etc.

If this does not occur, follow-up problems could arise, including conflicts, career stagnation, motivational deficits, burnout, performance drop, management problems, and other difficulties.

Coaching always makes sense when associates, such as friends and colleagues, cannot offer suitable feedback, as they are either overstrained or competitive aspects are at play. Seminars and discussions are disadvantageous, as they are not individualised and do not offer a "protective space".
