About the author
Heiko Burrack, MBA, has been advising agencies and advertising companies for several years on strategic and operative questions related to the successful acquisition of new customers. He previously worked as a key account manager in renowned advertising agencies for national and international clients.
As a business editor of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Dr. Ralf Nöcker reported for more than seven years on topics covering the advertising industry, among others, and has worked since July 2007 in the corporate communications division of Kienbaum Management Consultants.
